For more than ten years I have worked with people on telling their failure story and the lessons they drew from it. When I brought the Fuckup Nights to Austria, it was a bet — today I work with CEOs, founders, leaders and specialists who all start from the same place: something happened to them that would be worth telling. What happens in the coaching.
We dig. What actually happened? What is the story behind the story? I ask questions until we have found the core — the moment that carries everything else.
We give it structure. Which moment is the opening? Where does the turn sit? How do you take the audience with you? Together we develop the frame — clear, honest, ready for the stage.
You tell it and we simulate the stage. I give feedback — specific, direct, with nothing glossed over. We rehearse not only the talk itself, but also prepare you for the questions that follow (Q&A). Until all of it sits.
